Liberty Mutual’s Enterprise Talent Acquisition team is working to become the most candidate and hiring manager-centric recruiting organization possible.  To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright and innovative recruiters.  We are currently seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead searches for senior level talent across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator who is business savvy with excellent consulting/relationship building skills. Additionally, the candidate must possess an advanced level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting including successfully sourcing a diverse range of applicants, qualifying, interviewing, networking, assessing, and salary negotiation.   • Acts as a senior member of the Executive Recruiting team executing recruiting strategy and building strong and trusting relationships with senior leaders, talent partners and team members while fostering a culture of collaboration and trust within the team.
  • Provides feedback on applicants and candidates and ensures timely coordination of candidate movement through various systems including applicant tracking and background checking.
  • Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain a full pipeline and network of diverse talent. Seeks creative solutions for sourcing candidates that positions Liberty Mutual’s brand strongly in the marketplace.
  • Leverages recruiting resources such as internal applicant tracking system, professional organizations, social media and community associations to attract, engage and recruit candidates.
  • Uses the full functionality of recruiting technology to manage and track the full lifecycle of the candidate pipeline and network, manage the selection, offer, negotiation and closing involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Continually coordinate and document communication with hiring managers and recruiters provide feedback on initial prescreening of applicants assure timely action with recruiters to schedule and communicate movement of candidates through various pre-interview stages
  • Optimizes use of available resources to ensure cost-effectiveness. Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure Company and legal compliance with employment practices, policies and processes.
  • Coordinates and administers pre-employment assessments schedules and manages recruiting events and other recruiting activities with appropriate level of management and talent partners to develop staffing plans and search assignments.
  • Provides hiring managers with a service-level agreement that establishes a clear understanding of items such as position requirements, sourcing methods, cost and task owners.

  • Consults and advises hiring managers and/or senior management to develop creative approaches to negotiating and extending offers of employment when needed. Primary communication point with applicants and candidates from contact point to offer.
  • Works with hiring managers and/or senior management, negotiates and makes offers of employment Works to meet established metrics per the assigned business unit or function.
  • Using available data, provides routine analysis makes recommendations for hiring improvements and executes agreed upon solutions when appropriate. Provide insightful analysis of reports and makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Participates on various Talent/Recruiting project initiatives
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with the proven ability to apply best practice recruiting standards.
  • Prior experience recruiting senior level and niche candidates highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to effectively work with senior management, hiring managers, applicants and candidates.
  • Prior experience in an environment requiring a sense of immediacy, with demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, receive constructive feedback, and maintain adaptability and flexibility.
  • Demonstrated trust building and influencing skills and abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal skills needed to create and enhance partnerships with internal and external candidate.
  • Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain workload.
